    Applications Support Analyst – 14 MONTH FTC – Leatherhead (hybrid) - £42K per year + benefits

    We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our client for up to 14 months covering parental leave.

    You will work within the Business Applications and Analysis team to provide support for their platforms across the business, in particular their Finance systems.

    Key Accountabilities of an Application Support Analyst include:

    Provide day to day support for the Finance system Intuita and to be the primary point of contact for administrative support to the system's end users.

    Manager system's upgrade projects in conjunction with required parties.
    Support the analysis for business-driven change requests and establish business and application impact, effort involved and high-level cost.
    Work with the team in learning and providing support on the other business platforms.


    Key skills:
    We are looking for you to have solid system/ process experience, ideally with Intuita or other finance systems.
    You will be proficient in MS Office including Visio and have knowledge of ITIL.

    To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator at all levels with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with the team, business users and suppliers.

    You will be process orientated with good attention to details and be able to produce clear and concise documentation.
