- Oversee and manage international PPC campaigns across various search engines and marketplaces
- Develop effective PPC strategies to optimise ROI, drive traffic, and increase customer acquisition
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to forecast trends and plan PPC budgets
- Work closely with marketing and wider functions to align PPC campaigns with ongoing promotions, launches and the strategic growth direction
- Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends and industry standards to keep loveholidays at the forefront of developments
- Drive significant growth in market share and brand recognition through effective management of PPC campaigns and upper-funnel activity
- Expert, hands-on knowledge using PPC technologies and tools - most notably Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Deep understanding of the customer journey, and ability to use this knowledge to optimise campaigns
- Strong skills in keyword research, segmentation and bidding strategies
- Proven track record of effectively managing multi-market, large advertising budgets
- Experience with A/B testing to optimise campaign performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively report campaign results to team and stakeholders
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and insights
- Knowledge and understanding of the travel sector, including customer behaviour and seasonal trends
- Expertise in German language would be a plus
