Description
We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Depot Manager to join us at GAP Plastics as we continue to grow.
The position is for our Norwich South Depot and comes with a competitive salary and uncapped commission structure, making it an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
As a Depot Manager , you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of the depot, including sales, people management, and operational strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include motivating your team, driving sales, achieving revenue targets and KPIs, as well as creating a great environment for your team and customers.
To be successful in this role , you should have previous experience in UPVC/Building Plastics, although training will be provided.
You should also have an excellent understanding of health and safety practices, experience with maximising profitability, local trade knowledge, proven management experience, and excellent communication skills at all levels.
Most importantly, you should have the drive and ambition to grow the depot.
