We are excited to be working alongside a growing organisation in their recruitment of an HR Advisor.

This is a great role for an HR generalist who wants to get involved in exciting project work. This role will encompass the duties of a generalist HR Advisor with emphasis on varying project work.

As well as advising and guiding management on HR policies, TUPE's and retirement, you will work alongside another HR Projects Advisor on policies and procedures, employability diversion and inclusion, employee systems program and wellbeing.

The role offers an attractive developmental salary ranging from £30,000-£40,000, starting salary depending on level of experience.

They also offer hybrid working and a flexible working policy, 27 days holiday + bank holidays and lots of other great benefits.
