Description
The responsibility of a Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize each project according to strict deadlines and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The project manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project.Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that in collaboration with Account Team
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Opening projects, creating estimates, and purchase orders
Plan and schedule projects in project management system
Track project deadlines and deliverables
Proactively manage changes in project scope and creating change orders
Manage project budgets and alert team if project strays from original established scope, schedule or budget (alert internal team when projects reach 50%, 70% and 100%)
Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
Maintain all project files and reports in an organized manor
Maintain complete routing files for all projects
Support in developing project reports, proposals, documentations, and presentations
Oversee print production management and vendor coordination
Responsible for making sure each project is billed correctly
2+ years experience in project management
~ Previous experience in Workamajig project management system is a plus
~ Digital experience
