Our established client is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager based near Colne

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization. This includes managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as ensuring accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and accounting, with a focus on cost control and accounts payable.

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Finance Manager and deliver important improvements to our company.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Previous experience of creating company financial statements

CIMA/ACCA qualified or working towards

Excellent verbal and written communication

Knowledge of CIS

Ideally previous experience working in a manufacturing business.

We're looking for a passionate process-driven person with a problem-solving attitude to help the Finance function achieve against key performance indicators.

Your role will include:
Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Day to day management of the finance team.

Cash flow management and forecasting.

Producing annual budgets and maintain monthly rolling forecasts.

Excellent knowledge of Excel.

Ensuring the accounting system is maintained with accurate information.

Credit control.

Lead and support improvements to company processes.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure invoicing and payments are completed on time.
