    Description

    This close-knit, family-run manufacturing business in Burnley is seeking a Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis to report to the Managing Director, taking full responsibility for the finance function within the business and leading a small team.

    This is a great opportunity to have a significant impact on the company's success, working closely with senior management.

    As the Finance Manager, you will prepare the monthly management accounts, take responsibility for the reconciliation of accounts receivables and accounts payable, balance sheet reconciliations, preparing information for auditors, and various other responsibilities in line with a Finance Manager role.

    You will be qualified (CIMA, ACCA), or be qualified by experience in a similar role, and will thrive in an autonomous working environment, taking ownership of the finance function, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

    The opportunity to make the finance function your own, working as part of a collaborative team, and getting a 12PM finish on a Friday The salary offered is £40K - £45K depending on experience, with private healthcare, and the working pattern is full-time on-site (with the early Friday finish) at the office in Burnley.
