    Description
    The successful candidate will be responsible for their own caseload of matters involving inquests.

    You should be a fast learner, able to use your initiative and have a genuine desire to work in the legal healthcare area.

    You may have had previous experience in coronial work, clinical or medical negligence, court of protection or NHS work. You must have at least 1 year of experience in a legal firm alongside a degree in law.
    The firm is a specialist in healthcare law and offers the opportunity for potential secondment to the successful candidate.

    ResponsibilitiesReview and draft routine legal documentsCreate and maintain case filesAssisting solicitors with all administrational mattersMaintaining an organised workloadAble to complete a variety of tasks to support the progression of casesQualificationsExperience in a legal role of at at least one yearAn interest in healthcare law, inquests/coronial lawA law degree, 2:1 or higher.

    Organisation skills, working to strict deadlinesExcellent IT skillsAble to communicate with both clients and colleaguesPlease apply with your most recent CV if you have the required skills and experience.
