- Ensuring clients and introducers receive the best possible service at all times
- Communicating with clients of the department in a professional and courteous manner
- Receiving telephone calls into the department; dealing with the calls as far as is possible and directing the calls where appropriate.
- Taking receipt of deposit payments from buyers' solicitors and dealing with payments out to clients/funder
- Ordering searches
- Preparing files for completion Given the commercial nature of the role, previous experience in a commercial paralegal role would be advantageous but they will consider candidates from a residential property background and full training will be given to the right candidate Benefits
