    Description

    Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust is a friendly, integrated healthcare provider focused on improving the life chances and health outcomes of our diverse population.

    The post holder will give administrative assistance in a busy antenatal clinic.

    The post holder will be managing a generic inbox and patient phone line and will work on ensuring the maternity patient pathway is followed appropriately.

    You would be expected to handle enquiries and requests from women, relatives, staff colleagues confidently and sensitively both in person and by telephone.

    Our new acute hospital, the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH), opens in 2024 and will provide care to our local population from first class, purpose-built premises.

    The development of the new hospital will play an important role in the regeneration of the wider area and in improving the lives of local people and reducing health inequalities.
