    Senior Business Manager (Service Lines) – Legal Services

    £80,000-£100,000 per annum + benefits

    Remote UK (there is a London office you can work from)

    You have the chance to join an international legal and professional services firm, that operates across 13 jurisdictions and provides expertise across three key pillars: Legal, Corporate & Fiduciary, and Consulting.

    The firm has won multiple awards in recent years such as Best Law Firm, Offshore Law Firm of the Year, and ESG Consultant of the Year.

    Now, they are looking to appoint a Business Manager, who will oversee change and help to align the business with its goals & targets.

    The Business Manager will be responsible for building business plans for three Service Lines and guiding them through budget association, coordination, and implementation.

    Business Manager key responsibilities
    Management of the Business Management team
    Work closely with different areas of the business (Legal Exec Board, Strategic Implementation, Business Services)
    Construct metrics on behalf of assigned Service Lines to optimise growth and management
    Analyse & report on data to ensure maximum profits & general Service Line performance
    Provide employees within assigned Service Lines with info regarding metrics so best practices are naturally enforced
    Constantly monitor performance and liaise with other areas of the business to note areas for improvement
    Business Manager key requirements
    Strong commercial acumen
    You'll ideally come from a legal/law background, but accounting and finance will be considered as well
    Be able to communicate well about various topics surrounding change & business management with SMEs & senior stakeholders
    Wider business management experience
    Data analysis skills
    Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
    Organised, self-motivated, strong time manager, ability to multitask
