    Description

    Cheval Collection are currently recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Cheval Gloucester Park.

    Situated in London's Kensington district, Cheval Gloucester Park is a luxury Residence with 98 beautifully appointed and fully equipped apartments. Cheval Gloucester Park features a combination of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments plus three stunning 5-bedroom penthouses on the upper floors, as well as an on-site gym and private cinema room for up to 12.

    As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will assist in the smooth running and efficient operation of the Housekeeping department. You will allocate work to the housekeeping team ensuring that all areas of the residence are covered. You will be responsible for checking standard of cleanliness throughout the residence and supervising the room attendants as they complete their allocated lists (of apartments) offering support and help where needed. You will also be required to train new team members and deal with any housekeeping enquires or special requirements and work as a team to ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.

    • Have 2 years or more supervisory experience in a 5 star or luxury environment
    • Knowledge of standards and the ability to maintain own work standards as well as uphold the work standards of others
    • Good organisation skills including the ability to be able to prioritise and delegate workload of self and others
    • Ability to handle and resolve basic guest queries and complaints
    • Ability to train colleagues on a one to one basis in work related tasks Excellent telephone manner
    • Have experience in maintaining high levels of cleanliness and strong attention to detail
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and property management system
