Who you are

You are a qualified Commercial Solicitor with a robust understanding of business law and practices.
Your experience includes dealing with a range of commercial agreements, intellectual property rights, and corporate transactions.
You possess a keen interest in technology and its application in the legal field.
You demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex legal concepts to non-legal professionals.
You are proactive, with a track record of delivering practical, business-focused legal advice.
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects.
