    Customer Focused Sales Advisor Location:
    Liverpool Street - 3 days a week on site
    Full-time

    My client is on a mission to drive residential growth and enhance customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry. Join my client's dynamic team as we revolutionize consumer sales and renewals.

    As part of my clients revised strategy, they are focused on accelerating residential growth through sales within large residential buildings and renewing contracts with existing customers.

    Seeking a dedicated sales advisor to contribute to both inbound sales and renewals, delivering exceptional service to existing and new consumers.

    Handle inbound sales and renewal queries via phone, email, or live chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
    Continuously seek out new sales and renewal techniques to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
    Contribute to team discussions on objection handling and share best sales practices.
    Accurately capture customer data at the point of lead and sale to maintain high-quality customer data.
    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer propositions and communications.

    Diploma or degree qualified in a relevant field.
    Proven experience in inbound sales, retention, or renewals within a consumer service business.
    Proficiency in Salesforce.
