    In this position you will act as admin support for the planning for our operations department.

    By approaching your assignments in a clear manner, setting the right priorities and taking targeted action, you provide operations with the right support.

    Due to a busy schedule, we are looking for additional reinforcement: an administrative assistant who will provide planning support by, among other things, booking travel and managing certificates.

    Your future duties as an

    Administrative Assistant:
    Planning administration.
    Booking travels, hotels, taxis, rental cars,...
    Following up on certificates and planning training courses.
    Employee registration on various job sites.
    Processing the hours worked.
    Processing the expense reports.
    Scheduling the medical examinations.
    Answering phones and transferring calls if necessary.
    Carrying out general administration.
    In this position you report to the Technical Solutions Manager.

    PROFILE We are looking for a dynamic team player with strong administrative and organizational skills. Someone with a 'getting things done' mentality, and would rather do this today than tomorrow. You know how to organize your own work efficiently and set the right priorities. You work accurately and structured. You are a collegial enthusiast who likes to support others and help where necessary. You communicate in a clear and distinct manner to colleagues and external partners.


    The profile requirements:
    Secondary education diploma or Bachelor's degree.
    Experience as an Administrative Assistant in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
    Proficient with computers (MS Office, possibly experience with booking programs), knowledge of SAP is a plus
    Strong communication skills.
