    Job Summary

    We areseeking an experienced Scheduling Engineer to join our ProjectManagement Team (PMT). This Company Project Management Teams aredirectly responsible and accountable for the delivery of best inclass capital projects assigned to specific departments. PMT isdirectly involved in executing and managing projects safely onschedule within budget and to the highest standards of quality andcompliance. This will involve engineering design procurement andconstruction of various sizes types and complexity of small mediumto multibillion dollar mega size projects. Currently some of thesemega projects. Project Teams are assembled in multiple site officesgeographically scattered throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia todeliver these bestinclass projects. There are various new projectsas well as expansions requiring qualified personnel and are underrecruitment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete resourceloaded schedules to ensureproductivity standards are integrated into the schedule.
    • Gather all timing data to plan and schedule the fullscope of work.
    • Collaborate with DesignConsultants and Engineering Procurement and ConstructionContractors to develop baseline critical path schedules andprogress measurement systems.
    • Create a WorkBreakdown Structure (WBS) that contractors can use to develop theirbaseline schedules and progress measurement systems enablingsubsequent reporting in This Companys systems.
    • Follow schedule management best practices and adhere toindustry standards.
    • Prepare presentationmaterials to effectively communicate plans and schedules to theproject team and stakeholders.
    • Assist theproject team in evaluating reported progress and the status ofcritical activities with a focus on identifying deviations fromplanned activities.
    • Participate in projectteam meetings including financial forecasting sessions to ensurealignment between schedule and cost.
    • Collaborate with cost engineers to provide timinginformation for accurate cost forecasting.
    • Understand cost weightings in the context of progresssystems for reporting weighted progress reports.
    • Update revise and detail schedules as projects progressthrough development and execution stages including incorporatingearnedvalue data from Field Construction Analysts and otherconstruction tracking and reporting sources.
    • Develop and document the projects historical scheduleinformation and capture lessons learned for futureprojects.

    Requirements:

    • This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
    • Hold a Bachelors Degreein Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
    • Possess a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience withat least ten years of experience focused on the development ofbaseline critical path schedules using ORACLE Primavera softwareversion 15.2 or later and progress measurement systems.
    • This experience should encompass planning updatingtracking analyzing and reporting work performance for all phases ofa project.
