    Description

    A leading EV Solutions company has been evolving and they are now looking to bring in a Regional Sales Manager to the team, the successful candidate will drive sales strategies and teams while being involved in high level sales.

    We are seeking to appoint a Country Manager to look after Fleets EV Charging Solutions and Public Network Solutions.

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the Northern Ireland for EV charging solutions.
    Identify and target key accounts, understand customer needs, and propose suitable charging solutions.
    Be a proven manager who can lead and direct junior sales staff.
    Negotiate and close agreements with large fleet and public sector customers.
    Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements to existing go to market and customer propositions.
    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
    Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
    Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company's EV charging solutions.
    Direct a sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
    Have a proven ability to develop and monetise commercial partnerships.
    Proven work experience as a Head of Sales / Country Manager. We are seeking someone with high level sales management skills that is still actively involved in sales.
    Experience with Hubspot CRM software and Microsoft Office.
    Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field would be ideal.
