SEMH (Social, emotional, and mental health) Teaching Assistant

Bexley

Start Date:

Contract type:
Full time, Temporary to Permanent

GSL Education London are hiring SEMH Teaching Assistant, to support children within schools in Bexley area.

You must have a solid understanding of SEN, mainly Autism and SEMH, as you will be working 1:1 and occasionally taking small groups.

This is a great opportunity for you to develop your knowledge and skills in a particular area of SEN.

SEMH Teaching Assistant Specification:

A solid SEN background
Autism and SEN experience
Seeking someone who is creative, proactive, resilient and can get the best out of the pupils
Previous experience working with Primary and Secondary children will be essential
You will be willing to work as part of a team and be flexible, to support the needs of the pupils
Able to travel daily to Bexley
