Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, the ideal HR professional will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and driving its growth strategy. This role requires a strategic mindset coupled with the ability to execute day-to-day HR responsibilities effectively.
Drive the company's growth strategy through strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with its business objectives.
Leverage Existing Resources Creatively:
Innovate and collaborate with leaders to identify and implement creative people solutions that add value to the organisation.
Cultivate a high-performing culture that promotes employee engagement, performance, and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcquisition and Performance:

People Platform:
