Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, the ideal HR professional will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and driving its growth strategy. This role requires a strategic mindset coupled with the ability to execute day-to-day HR responsibilities effectively.

To Be Consideredyears' experience in senior HR roles (Head of HR, HR Manager/Senior Business Partner/Talent Acquisition Leader).success in leading talent acquisition efforts.understanding of employee relations and change management.interpersonal and communication skills.learning agility across all aspects of HR.proactive, and hands-on.problem-solving skills, a creative able to lead difficult grow and develop with the demeanour, able to offer wise and trusted counsel in all circumstances.
