    If youhave a genuine hunger to build successful AV communication strategies that challenge the status quo, we'd love to hear from you.

    Working closely with the AV Manager to help lead a team of AV buyers to deliver best in class activity across TV, Video,AudioandCinema mediums across all brand divisions

    ~Ensuring all AV administration is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.

    ~Keeping abreast of changes within the AV marketplace - sharing market intelligence with the team and the company as a whole (where relevant).

    ~Working with the AV Manager and AV Director to ensure that all KPIs and any audit specifics are achieved.

    ~Building productive relationships withplanning team and client

    ~Using the appropriate systems and technology to get under the skin of audience behaviour and consumption of TV, Video, Radio and Cinema

    The ideal candidate will be a passionate,fully-rounded and specialist AV media buyer/planner who hasa strong understating of mathematics.

    ~Confident and be able to motivate, educate and aid the development of more junior resource.

    ~Expert knowledge ofMediaOcean/MediaExplorer, Prisma, excel andpowerpoint

    ~Extremely confident with the implementational planning of TV, Video, Audio andCinema

    ~Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken

    ~Creative and open to new ideas with the confidence to challenge briefs.
