    Compliance Specialist

    London

    9:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Hybrid

    The Legal, Risk and Compliance teams oversees CSC's obligations to comply with regulatory and Group requirements and supports our business in a myriad of ways.

    The Administrator will provide support to the Legal, Risk and Compliance teams with the day-to-day running and support of the Legal, Risk and Compliance functions including supporting the teams involvement with the AML Framework, compliance training, and SharePoint support; the collation and analysis of key information and development and support of compliance reports; the interrogation of databases for sanctions screening; and any other duties that will assist the running and objectives of team as called upon. Relevant experience is required, ideally working in a legal, risk or compliance function. .

    Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Practical experience and knowledge of the application of KYC to a wide variety of client structures
  • Able to administratively support the relevant regulatory requirements and internal procedures/processes for the on-boarding and re-assessment of clients
  • Maintain critical business logs and review to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Keep up-to-date awareness of regulatory issues/changes and make recommendations for changes and updates to internal procedures as appropriate
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with the Legal, Risk and Compliance teams (your 'clients'), so that you are supporting their needs.
  • Provide guidance to team members when required on projects as assigned
  • Provide support and assistance to compliance and operations on project work as required
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management, in-house teams and local/group compliance as required
  • Able to work to tight deadlines in accurate and time efficient manner
  • Take an active role in supporting our global compliance training efforts
  • Provide new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks
  • Self motivated and able to work in a demanding environment to meet tight targets/deadlines

  • Be pro active and forward thinking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft 365 application skills
