We are looking for an experienced Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams. Deputise on behalf of the Deputy/Head of Healthcare when required. Working closely with partners to maintain a robust, high quality clinical service for patients. Ensure that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role. You will model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence.Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a current professional qualification (NMC) and will carry out the role with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Knowledge of healthcare policies and best practice would be advantageous, as well as a proactive approach to problem solving.

HMP Lancaster Farms is a category C male prison, located on the outskirts of Lancaster, Lancashire. It has an operational capacity of 549 people. HMP Lancaster Farms is a 7-minute drive from the centre of Lancaster and 40 minutes from Preston.
