    Investment Analyst– Pan-European Real Estate Private Equity

    The Company:

    Our client is a tier one real estate private equity with a global coverage. They have over £100 Billion AUM across their platform and are highly active in the market. They are at the forefront of the real estate industry and are in investing platforms and investing in and developing some of the most iconic buildings.

    Job Objective:

    The successful individual will be part of an active Investment team that has a lot of responsibility and works across multiple disciplines within the business. You will be analysing potential investment opportunities, assisting with due diligence, research, underwriting as well as financial modelling.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in evaluation of acquisitions.
    • Build, develop and update financial models.
    • Develop asset acquisition financial analysis.
    • Being able to work strongly with senior members of the team across the board.
    • Review important reports.
    • Presentations and reporting.
    • Assist in dispositions process.
    • Underwrite assets regarding the sell or the refinancing.

    Candidate Profile:

    • 1-2 years experience
    • Educated to degree level (preferably in business, finance, or real estate).
    • Passion for a career in Real Estate.
    • Advanced financial modelling skills.
    • Excellent report writing.
    • Very strong attention to detail

    Remuneration:

    The role is paying up to £75,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits and bonus.
