    Description

    OASIS Group is the largest privately-owned information management provider in Europe, securing and managing over 115 million barcoded items, 200TB of digital data, and scanning more than 17 million images per month.

    As our clients' single source partner for information management, we offer solutions that cover the full record lifecycle, including file storage; secure online access; data protection; The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions within the Salesforce platform.

    This role requires strong technical expertise, problem- solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high- quality solutions that meet business requirements.

    Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
    Customise and extend Salesforce functionality through configuration, custom development, and integration with third-party systems.

    Collaborate with business stakeholders along with the Salesforce Administrator to gather requirements, analyse user needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

    Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce applications.
    Provide technical guidance and collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator.
    Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    Document technical designs, configurations, and development activities in accordance with organisational standards and guidelines.
    Document and plan transfer/training sessions with the Salesforce Administrator at the end of the contract.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
    Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices.

    Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, permission sets, profiles, roles, and sharing rules for project work.

    Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Connect.
    Strong attention to detail and ensures accuracy in coding, testing, and documentation activities to deliver high-quality solutions.
    Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
    Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is desirable.
    Knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement desirable.
