    Description

    We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Design Manager to join our Design / Technical team.

    Based in our Chester office, you will have the chance to be actively involved in our prestigious PBSA and BtR projects throughout the UK.

    • Assist in producing design information and schedules, including pod handing schedules and compiling design trackers and consultant's statements for reporting purposes.
    • Collaborate with 3rd parties to coordinate reporting information.

    To ensure your growth, you will be expected to visit sites as necessary, gaining hands-on experience in preparing for and participating in site workshops, design team meetings, and client meetings.

    About You

    This position calls for an individual who possesses or is currently pursuing an NVQ Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

    You must showcase the ability to make informed decisions based on logical reasoning, challenge constructively, and articulate viewpoints on designs.

    A solid understanding of MS Word and Excel, intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD design software, and Adobe Acrobat proficiency are required.
