- * Evaluate incoming enquiries to ensure they are in line with company capabilities
- Identify and offer value engineer solutions to align with client's budget and expectations.
- Conduct handover meeting with project managers to ensure project is delivered in accordance with the tendered concept and to budget.
- Provide support to designers and project managers during the manufacturing and installation period of all orders.
- Accurate assessments of the materials and labour required to construct furniture.
- Understanding and interpreting client's drawings and tender documents.
- Revise quotations in response to any design alterations from the client or end-user
- Confident approach to question design intent to enable best manufacturing methods.
- Continuous interaction with our manufacturing and design teams to advance estimating skills and knowledge.
- Over 5 years' experience within joinery/ furniture sector
- Ability to organise & prioritise tasks
- Appreciation of the need to get the job done on time and to the correct standard
- Ability to solve problems by acting on own initiative
- Actively develops strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues
- IT Literate- particularly Excel
- Good communicator, able to communicate at all levels
- Willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Flexible approach and can-do attitude.
