- Build the business with new instructions
- Manage property sales and lettings processes from start to finish
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals with potential buyers/tenants
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships
- Proven track record in property sales and lettings, with strong, solid and proven experience
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using relevant property management software and tools
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic for mid-level candidates, up to £50,000 basic for highly experienced individuals
- Attractive commission structure: 20% on new instructions
- Flexible working arrangements: 4 days in the office (new office in Tower Bridge) and 1 day from home
