    Job Description

    Main role responsibilities:

    Client Leadership:

    • Translation of client business objectives to key stakeholders
    • Development ownership of account plans
    • Delivery of Thought Leadership
    • Engagement/Relationship at stakeholder level
    • Ensuring a positive client experience across all business touch points
    • Delivery of mutual growth through business consultancy

    Deliverables:

    • Management of businesses contractual and financial requirements by client, accountable for client P&L
    • Delivery of impactful insight aligned to client objectives
    • Lead client engagement on businesses solutions and capabilities
    • Strong collaboration across functions to deliver 'Operational Excellence'

    People Leadership:

    • Coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance
    • Implementation of our people standards and the way that we work

    Skills and Experience:

    • Consults with clients to influence thinking and drive our companies business agenda.
    • Seeks out and engages learning opportunities for direct reports and self and applies key learning
    • Builds and leverages mutually beneficial relationships and networks internally and with C-Suite
    • Demonstrates resiliency and sound judgment in dealing with business and corporate challenges
    • Demonstrates planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Demonstrates expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
    • Demonstrates strong understanding of client issues
    • Strong analytic skills and appreciation of technology
    • Ability to think creatively to address business issues
    • Ability to inspire commitment to deliver excellence
    • Able to effectively manage virtual and diverse teams (i.e., Global Operating Centre)
    • Commercial and financial management with a deep understanding of P&L and margin management
