    Description
    This time it's for a brand-new role - Paid Ad's Lead

    The CWA team has been expanding their offering for the last few years and with a range of clients requiring more and more digital solutions the time has come to bring some super-skilled digital specialists in-house and grow their digital division.

    As a Paid Ad's Lead you'll spearhead the paid offering, working with clients to devise strategic solutions and the internal team to elevate thinking and action when it comes to paid advertising solutions.

    Working as a key member of the Media & Communications team you'll deliver data-driven paid advertising strategies, optimise campaigns for performance and collaborate with creative teams to ensure effective messaging across all channels.

    Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads)

    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimise for
    Analyse campaign data to identify trends and insights for future optimisation

    • Report on campaign performance to clients and stakeholders regularly
    • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that
    Provide feedback on creative executions and ensure alignment with campaign objectives

    • Oversee the A/B testing of ad variations and optimise based on data
    Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven paid advertising
    Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major paid advertising platforms
    for immediate consideration.
