    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to help drive business insights and strategy through analysis of large data sets. The Data Analyst will work cross-functionally to collect, structure, analyze, interpret, and clearly present data findings that inform business decisions across the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Consult with key business stakeholders to understand questions and problems Data can help solve
    • Design and implement processes for collecting structured and unstructured data from a variety of internal systems and external sources
    • Organize, cleanse, and validate raw data to prepare for analysis
    • Perform exploratory analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and relationships in data using statistical modeling and data visualization tools
    • Develop insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards to concisely summarize analysis and effectively communicate findings
    • Make recommendations for business process optimizations supported by data trends and external benchmarks
    • Identify new opportunities or developments through continual analysis of data from various business areas

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or related quantitative role
    • Strong grasp of data structuring, statistical modeling and analytics tools
    • SQL (MUST) and Python programming skills (Optional); experience building data pipelines
    • Knowledge of visualization and business intelligence tools like Qlik (MUST), Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
    • Problem-solving attitude leveraging both quantitative skills and business acumen
    • Ability to clearly communicate technical analysis to stakeholders at all levels
    • Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities
