    Localization is just the visible tip of the iceberg – the dedicated engineering team is problem-focused, driving impact across Personio's product and organisation to achieve its mission.

    In the hidden part of the work you find the complexity of local regulations, traditions, business practices & peculiarities to be translated into simple & functional products.

    This new team is on the critical path to enable Personio's international success and is missing an experienced, technically-minded Engineering Manager.

    Join us and help shape the market expansion journey for Personio.
    You manage complex development projects, includingplanning, resource allocation, and risk management.
    ~ You havestrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges and make data-driven decisions.
    ~ You lead from the front and are ready to roll up your sleeves to help your team in any way
    ~ You have a pragmatic understanding of building reliable distributed systems and have experience with microservices architecture
    ~(Bonus) At least 1-2 years of experience managing Managers.

    You oversee the planning and execution of Market Expansion development projects, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.

    Communication :
    You effectively communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior management and cross-functional teams.
