- Post registration qualification in area of specialism
- Recognised teaching and assessing and mentoring qualification

- Working towards a Masters level qualification
- Evidence of RCA training/ability to undertake RCA's
- Appropriate post registration experience (4 yrs +)

Working with the Matron they will take responsibility for providing a clear focus for the profession and effective clinical leadership and accountability for the Plastics & Breast Theatre Cluster. They will be responsible for ensuring that they and their team act in a manner that upholds the values of the Trust and that of the profession.
