    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Join Levi's as a Keyholder and become the bridge between our products and customers in a dynamic and creative setting. Embrace change, celebrate ideas, and collaborate with our Stylists to enhance the shopping experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-notch customer service by embodying our brand values and working as a team
    • Assist Store Management with daily operations and tasks
    • Inspire and support the sales team to excel in customer service and meet targets
    • Offer guidance to boost team performance and ensure KPIs are achieved
    • Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store
    • Help with stock organization and store maintenance
    • Manage store opening and closing in the absence of senior managers

    Our Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have experience in retail, driving KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong teamwork and leadership skills are crucial, along with previous experience in team management.
