    We are looking to recruit a 360 Recruitment Business Development Consultant to help further develop our recruitment division. We are open to discussion around hours, and for the right candidate there may be some homeworking available.

    This exciting opportunity for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to start a new desk in their specialist sectors.


    You will need to have a minimum of a couple of years' experience in recruitment sales and resourcing, be comfortable speaking with new clients and the ability to fill roles in a fast paced environment.


    JOB DESCRIPTION:


    Reporting directly to the Department Head, you will work as part of a dynamic team but initially as the only recruiter for your specialist are for "New Business".

    You will be supported by an office team and will be able to call upon highly experienced resourcing specialists if you need to.

    Your focus will be on permanent & contract opportunities.

    You will also have responsibility for recruiting permanent technical consultants to join our team, and for staffing internal delivery projects.

    Our core strategy for the business includes the development of a recruitment division. Therefore, a very real opportunity to create an opportunity for personal satisfaction and wealth.


    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • New business development and sales.
    • Have an active client facing role.
    • Be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle (sell, resource, fill)
    • Create and manage recruitment opportunities for permanent & contract.
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to assist you in filling roles.
    • Support with building and managing a resourcing team in the future.

    WHAT YOU POSSESS:

    • Recruitment/account management experience
    • Sales and Account Management skills
    • The ability to bring on new clients
    • Strong technical and commercial awareness
    • Excellent communication skills – oral and written

    PERSON SPECIFICATION

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in 360 recruitment
    • Maturity and a strong desire to succeed
    • High work ethic
    • Self-motivated
    • Driven to provide an excellent service to both clients and candidates

    WHAT WE OFFER

    • A competitive base salary - £25k - £30k p/a
    • An excellent commission structure with an uncapped OTE
    • Commission accelerator banded 10% - 40% per annum
    • No target before you start earning commission.
    • Clear, transparent and cast in stone commission agreement
    • If you can generate £200,000 in pre operating profit you will be paid £80,000
