    Who are we

    SimplifyVMS is a leading global SAAS provider of contingent workforce VMS solutions and is one of the fastest growing extended workforce technology providers globally. Ranked by various industry analysts as a leading platform, SimplifyVMS continues to evolve and be the pioneer for the larger extended workforce industry. SimplifyVMS is a very sophisticated multi-tenant SAAS HR Tech product built on a complex microservices architecture. Looking for a resource who has worked on sophisticated SAAS platforms or microservices products. Experience working with global teams would be a big plus. Should be able to own workstreams within the platform and be responsible for it end to end to deliver outstanding outcomes. Our clients are large enterprise Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies and need complex engineering design to meet their expectations.

    The Role

    We are looking for an enthusiastic technologist to join an exciting opportunity for a ground up implementation of integration platform connecting many ERP, P2P, Financial, HRIS, provisioning and other applications. Our integration platform is called Simplify Bridge and the goal of the platform is to offer seamless integrations to leading and diverse systems. Below is the solution overview of our platform.

    Role Responsibilities

    1. Architect & Implement a highly scalable and resilient EAI architecture using off the shelf middleware and cloud services.
    2. Collaborating with IT and business partners to understand the application footprint, business flows and integration points across the applications.
    3. Clearly articulate integration best practices, design patterns for error handling, alerting, notifications and recommendations to IT teams and also business sponsors.
    4. Lead a team of integration engineers to develop, test and deploy integrations. Ability to work with global and offshore contracting teams will be required.
    5. Document the QA/testing and devops standards and guidelines. Implement a robust SDLC and CI/CD framework for all integrations.
    6. Review, monitor project team's adherence to coding standards & implementation framework.
    7. Mentor junior engineers.

    Required Skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Enjoys and excels in a fast-paced environment with some level of ambiguity on requirements.
    • Experience in managing onsite and offshore consultants for timely and quality delivery.
    • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 7+ years of experience with technical implementations of enterprise application integrations using middleware technologies like Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato etc.
    • 5+ years of experience as integrations engineering leader with experience in standing up and growing a platform from scratch.
    • Proven expertise in designing and developing integration using a variety of patterns using API, event-based, file-based.
    • Expertise with SOAP/REST-based services, XML, JSON, OData, JavaScript.
    • Expertise with queuing systems like Kafka, Solace and other JMS queues.
    • Hands-on experience of creating EDI integrations with suppliers & customers using standards like EDIFACT, X12 etc.
    • Strong hands-on experience of services in public clouds AWS and Azure.
    • Application development experience with JavaScript, XML, Java, SQL.
    • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with Integrations in a B2B SAAS solution.
