    Well-Being Intervention Caseworker and Deputy Safeguarding Lead (George Spencer Academy)

    Salary: NJC23-27 (actual salary £29,344 - £32,698)

    Education Phase: Secondary

    Working Pattern: Full-Time

We are seeking toappoint an outstanding Well-Being Intervention Caseworker and DeputySafeguarding Lead to assist in the operational responsibility for safeguardingand child protection within the school.

    · has the ability to work independently as well aspart of a team supporting students

    · is motivated and passionate about supporting thewell-being and welfare of our students

    · can demonstrate they have the experience anddeep understanding of students needs

    · has experience and a broad knowledge ofsafeguarding and child protection legislation, policy and practice
