- Oversee and maintain financial infrastructure, systems, and procedures by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide oversight and control of the purchase ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier payments and invoice management.
- Utilise KPIs to drive team performance, ensuring timely completion of KPI reports for stakeholders
- Oversee the Sales Ledger, aiming to minimize bad debt write-offs
- Ensure financial arrangements align with company decisions through collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Deputise during absences, ensuring timely delivery of management accounts, forecasts, and reports.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT Qualified with relevant experience
- Able to effectively lead and mentor a team
- Experience in running an operational finance team, ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly and efficiently
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work within deadlines
- Desire for continuous improvement within processes and procedures
- Starting salary £35,000 - £40,000
