    We would love to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants, especially those with a background in the logistics, warehousing, engineering, or construction industries, to discuss the new opportunities we have based in our Nottingham office. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE:
    • We offer a starting basic salary of £27,500 to £32,000 depending upon experience
    • Benefit from excellent bonus schemes (approximately £5K in the first year)
    • Extra bonuses paid out on perm placements at 20% of fee Generated
    • Weekly or monthly pay

    YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION:Account Management:
    • Developing strong relationships with all clients
    • Providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
    • Communicating with customers regularly - creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.

    Recruitment:
    • Proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of different methods
    • Managing applications, ensuring that they comply with legislative guidelines
    • Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants

    Business Development:
    • Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients,
    • Securing new business using various Business Development techniques
    You will be based in the office Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 & 17:30 you will be required to work 8.5 hours daily, you will also be required to take part in our out of hours on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in client service.

    YOUR SKILLS:This position is perfect for those Recruitment Consultants who are looking for the next step in their career, as QS Recruitment will provide opportunities and career progression through ongoing training, support, and encouragement, which will help you to develop the necessary skills to succeed in the position.
    • Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the logistics or industrial industries. Experience in other sectors will be considered, however.
    • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

    • A genuine desire to succeed and develop your career
    • A team player attitude
    • Evidence of a progressive and developed career to date
    • A driving licence and access to transport
