In this interesting and varied role, the successful candidate will be handling legal queries from customers on a range of areas.
This will entail establishing the facts of the customer's legal issues, providing advice on the applicable law and setting out the legal and/or practical options available to the customer whilst reviewing sources of funding and alternative resolution solutions.
Whilst extremely rewarding, due to the nature of our customers' concerns the role can occasionally be challenging and candidates should be resilient and motivated to provide a high quality performance in what can be a busy environment.
