    Description

    Delineate is currently seeking an Insights Director to join its Insights team in London on a permanent basis.

    As an Insights Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our research projects from start to finish. Your innovative thinking and strategic mindset will contribute to the growth and success of our company.

    The post holder will be London based. This role is office based with some flexibility to work from home.

    Delineate is on a mission to revolutionise survey research. Our platform gets brands closer to the truth than ever before, closing the gap between consumer behaviours and the decisions brands take.

    We're putting survey data back where it belongs, in the 21st century. We have major global brands using our platform, and we're now looking to accelerate our growth.

    The Insights Director will:

    • Oversee and manage all aspects of research projects, including development, execution, and analysis.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify research objectives and design methodologies that align with client needs.
    • Monitor and analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to provide strategic insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Present research findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies to continuously enhance our competitive edge.

    Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

    • Recent experience in a similar role either as an Associate Insights/Research Director or Senior Insights/Research Manager
    • Developed understanding of quantitative research
    • Proven ability to lead client meetings & presentations
    • Demonstrable experience in interpreting client feedback to identify areas of improvement
    • Strong knowledge of research methodologies, trackers, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
    • Great understanding of sample and weights
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience in leading and developing large accounts
    • Leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
