    Staff Nurse (RGN)

    Hourly Rate: £20

    Day or Night Shifts

    Hours per week: 36-48

    Shift Times: 8:00 - 8:00

    Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN) role:
    • You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
    • Active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
    • Clear DBS

    This Nursing Home can accommodate up to 37 residents; It is set amongst acres of woodlands and within a beautiful listed building that has retained its original features with a blend of modern comforts.

    The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN) within the Nursing Home involves:
    • Ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard
    • Carrying out assessments and evaluations
    • Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly
    • Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
    • Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation and health and safety
    • Mentoring junior member of staff
    • Undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Home Manager
