    Experienced Staff Nurse at CHAS at Home Aberdeen Base

    Join our amazing team and be part of something truly special. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic nurse who is passionate about providing compassionate care to families. If you are keen to support children with life limiting conditions and provide specialist palliative care, then you might be the perfect fit for us.

    The Role:

    We have a fantastic opportunity for a staff nurse to join our existing CHAS at Home team based in Aberdeen. You will work in families' homes, providing high-quality care to babies, children, and young people with life shortening conditions and their families.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Provide palliative nursing care to children with life-shortening conditions.
    • Offer nursing care at end of life and bereavement support.
    • Collaborate with professionals to meet the needs of the child and their family.
    • Maintain accurate records in accordance with standards.
