    JOB TITLE:
    Customer Support Administrator


    LOCATION:
    Swindon, Wiltshire


    SALARY:
    £25k


    WAY OF WORKING:
    Full Time in Office, Monday- Friday


    THE BUSINESS:

    C4S are excited to be working alongside a rapidly growing Electronics manufacturing business who have a large presence in the defence sector.

    They offer a large number of services such as:
    communications, power electronics and RF systems just to name a few.


    THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR OPPORTUNITY:
    Process customer repairs and returns
    Order, ship and track demonstration orders
    Provide excellent service by collecting relevant information from a customer relating to their enquiry
    Maintain the CRM with relevant information


    YOUR KEY SKILLS:
    Time management skills and self-management
    Going the extra mile for customers with attention to detail
    Good written and spoken English
    Excellent Excel and Word skills
