    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all systems - hardware, software,telephony, and networks.
  • Oversee day-to-day system operations, on-premisesnetworks, and server infrastructure.
  • Manage systems disaster recovery and business continuity- develop, test, and invoke plans to ensure systems, data, and othertechnologies are always available.
  • Manage events and monitoring systems across allplatforms.
  • Manage system policies and procedures and regularlyreview them to ensure they are fit for purpose in line with ISO and othersecurity frameworks.
  • Manage a team of engineers across offices to ensurebest-in-class support in line with ITIL principles.
  • Managing and procuring technology assets.

    • Skills Required:

  • Has 3-5 years of being a Systems Manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and servertechnologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office,particularly Exchange and SharePoint.
  • Strong working knowledge of layer 2 and 3 networks,IPS/IDS firewalls, backups and Sage applications.

    • Ideal Candidate:

  • A computer science degree.
  • Has excellent communication.
  • An interest in DevOps tools/techniques
