This is an opportunity for an active outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills, strong team leadership and all-around organisational skills who is happy working in a fast paced, customer facing environment and who wants to join an established business in Thame, near Aylesbury.


You will be needed to work 5 days a week one of which will include a day at the weekend. Hours for the Manager 9.15am to 6.15pm


As a Manager you will be overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, being positive and uplifting to the rest of the team.

**Tasks for the Manager include but are not limited to: - **- Management of staff.

  • General administration tasks.
  • Ensure all check lists are adhered to.
  • Stock checks and ordering.
  • Maintaining good customer service levels at all times.
  • Making weekly and monthly staff rotas.
  • Calculation of hours worked and approving holidays.
  • Calculating end of day sales figures.
  • Regular Health and safety checks.
