- ProductDevelopment: Lead collaboration to generateinnovative product ideas aligned with market trends and customerpreferences. Working with crossfunctional teams including MarketingResearch and Development and Design to develop marketableproducts.
- Formulation andTechnical Development: Work closely with R&Dteams to develop highquality formulations that align with brandobjectives and regulatorystandards.
- BrandIdentity: Support in ensuring the brands identity isconsistent across all touchpoints being the guardian of brandguidelines and standards.
- BudgetManagement: Analytical in your approach to developand manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation ofresources to achieve brandobjectives.
- Consumer andCompetitor Insights: Ability to interpret marketresearch surveys and data analysis to gain insights into industrytrends digital developments consumer preferences and behaviour. Usethis data to make informed decisions and refine marketingstrategies.
- CrossFunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including product development sales marketing and operationalteams to align strategies and ensure brandconsistency.
- Brand PerformanceAnalysis: Monitor and analyse brand performancemetrics sales data and customer feedback to measure effectivenessof strategies; to adjust asneeded.
- Collaboration:Work alongside the Marketing Communications andSales teams to develop the Trade Marketing Calendar to drive salesin line with the marketingbudget.
- ProductManagement: Manage planograms and assortments forthe different stands and displays alongside the wider team. Tobuild and propose price lists product sales forecasts maximisingsales and margin.
- Events:Assist and participate at internal and externalcompany events.
- Sales:To collaborate when pitching to new customerssupport in creating presentations to both internal teams andexternal parties to drive revenue growth for NPD.
- A passionfor haircare with proven experience in a similar role within theindustry.
- Experienced Marketeer/Brand/Commsprofessional with product development experience ideally in wetgoods.
- Strong understanding of consumerbehaviour and market trends.
- A confident andcompelling presenter to represent the brand with passion andenthusiasm when meeting our retailpartners.
- Analytical comfortable withinterpreting market data to provide innovative recommendations andinsights.
- Proficiency in marketing software andtools with exceptional project management and organizationalskills.
- Great verbal and written skills withthe confidence to build strong working relationships with keystakeholders.
- It would be beneficial if you hadprevious experience working in partnership with key retailers inthe UK and across Europe.
