    Dental Practice Manager Position at Keyworth, Nottinghamshire

    A dental practice in Keyworth, Nottinghamshire is seeking a dedicated Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

    • Immediate availability with consideration for notice periods.
    • Work in a diverse practice catering to a well-established patient community in the local and surrounding areas.
    • Full-time role, approximately 40 hours per week.
    • Schedule: Mondays & Tuesdays 8:30am-6:30pm, Wednesdays 8:30am-5:30pm, Thursdays 9am-5pm, Fridays 8:30am-5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays from 8:30am-4pm if necessary.

    Offering a competitive hourly rate of £15 - £16.18 based on experience.

    • Performance-driven bonus structure in place.
    • Minimum requirement of 1-year experience in dental practice management.
    • Manage day-to-day operations ensuring practice growth, development, and efficiency.
    • Responsibilities encompass marketing, patient engagement, team development, HR functions, regulatory compliance, revenue generation, financial oversight, KPI management, and budgeting.
    • The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and a strong team motivator.

    This 5-surgery practice utilizes Computerised R4 system (transitioning to SFD).

    All applicants must have a minimum of 1 year's experience in dental practice management and possess a valid DBS clearance to be eligible for consideration.
