    Description

    Dental Practice Manager at Keyworth, Nottinghamshire
    MBR Dental is currently supporting a dental practice based in Keyworth, Nottinghamshire, in the search for a Dental Practice Manager to become part of their team on a long-term basis.

    • Immediate availability.
    • Consideration will be given to notice periods.
    • Mixed practice atmosphere.
    • Full-time position - approximately 40 hours per week.
    • Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 8:30am-6:30pm, Wednesday 8:30am-5:30pm, Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-5:30pm & occasional Saturdays 8:30am-4pm if required.
    * Salary range: £15 - £16.18 per hour, based on experience.

    • Performance-related bonus offered.
    • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in dental practice management.
    • The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing management tasks to ensure the practice's efficient growth, development, and operations.
    • Responsibilities encompass various areas such as marketing, handling patient feedback, staff development, HR tasks, practice compliance, boosting private revenue, financial management, monitoring KPIs & practice budgets.
    • The Practice Manager should be focused on patient care, self-driven, and a motivating team leader.
    * 5 surgery practice, Computerised R4 (soon to be SFD).

    • Parking facilities are available.
    All applicants must possess at least 1 year of experience in dental practice management and possess a valid DBS check to be eligible.
