- Line management of Team managers
- Responsible for recruitment of social workers and team managers
- Report directly to Heads of Service and Assistant directors
- Champion a restorative practice model across the service
- SWE registration and a completed social work degree
- The right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence
- Significant post qualified experience within children and family services
- 3 years management experience as a minimum
- An understanding of the restorative practice model
- £55,433 – £59,034 per annum depending on experience
